Deimos is extremely dangerous and impossible to predict. He attacks at random and will stop at nothing until he has destroyed whatever being he has targeted. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how he chooses his victims.

He takes strange enjoyment out of standing perfectly still while someone is looking at him and only moving when they turn their back.

The only noises he seems capable of making are gargling screams. He sounds as though he is forever choking on his own blood even though there is nothing medically wrong with him.
